01 / About this notice

Ace Tuition Online operates this service. This notice explains how we use information to run accounts, review tuition requests and teaching profiles, make introductions and administer billing. For questions or account requests, contact admin@acetuition.net.

02 / Information we use

We collect your name, email, account password in hashed form, tuition requirements or teaching profile, rates, available times and responses to introductions. Please do not include identity numbers, payment details or unnecessary information about a child in free-text fields.

03 / Why we use it

We use these details to manage your account, review submissions, identify suitable tutor–student matches, communicate with you and investigate problems. Admin approval is required before matching. Matching is automatic using the submitted subject, level, course, rate, preferences, availability and capacity.

04 / Who can see information

Administrators can review submissions, matching decisions and audit records. Relevant teaching or learning details are shared with the other party in a match. Contact email addresses are shared after both sides accept an introduction and the parent’s payment has been verified. Our hosting, database and email providers process information to operate this service.

05 / Records and your choices

We retain account and matching records while needed to operate the service and address disputes, fraud reports or applicable obligations. Review decisions and matching runs are logged, including earlier versions of information used in a decision. You can update your current information through your account. Contact us to request access, correction, account closure or deletion; some records may need to be retained to resolve an outstanding matter.

06 / Billing privacy and access

Parent invoices contain the parent's billing identity, agreed services, totals, tax and payment references. Tutor statements contain the tutor's own billing identity and payout calculation. They do not include the other party's email, phone or address. Billing documents require login and are accessible only to the billed account and authorised administrators. Invoice notifications contain a login link rather than an attachment or public invoice link.

We record invoice views, terms acknowledgements, payment verification, payouts and changes for administration and dispute handling. Billing and tax records may need to remain after account closure for applicable record-keeping purposes; other personal information should not be retained indefinitely without a business or legal purpose. Contact admin@acetuition.net for access, correction, withdrawal or account-closure requests. We will explain any records that must be retained. A guardian should manage billing and personal information for a child.

We use an essential session cookie to keep you signed in. This version does not include advertising or third-party analytics cookies.
