01 / Operator and accounts
Ace Tuition Online operates this service. Contact admin@acetuition.net for account, lesson or billing questions.
Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials private. A parent or guardian should manage arrangements for a child. Tutor profiles and tuition requests require admin approval before matching. Approval helps us review submissions; it is not a guarantee of identity, suitability or results. Misleading or abusive submissions may be rejected or suspended.
02 / Introductions and lesson arrangements
Matching uses the information provided, including subjects, levels, rates and available times. A suggested match is an introduction, not a lesson booking. Both parties must accept and the parent’s required payment must be verified before contact details are released. Then confirm the lesson time, duration, fees and other arrangements. Availability and suitability can change. Updating matching details returns the record for review.
03 / Monthly tuition invoices
Parents receive monthly invoices based on the agreed tutor rate and weekly lesson schedule, plus 9% GST. Billing periods run from the agreed first lesson date to the corresponding date next month. Actual scheduled lesson counts may differ between periods. Admin records the agreed schedule before the first invoice is issued; availability windows alone do not determine a charge.
04 / Tutor service fees and payouts
Tutors receive monthly payout statements once the job commences. Every month, the service fee is 10% of tuition before GST and the tutor's net entitlement is 90%, subject to delivered lessons and approved adjustments. GST collected from parents is not tutor earnings. Payouts are recorded after the billing period and parent payment. No first-month 50% deduction applies.
05 / Document review and agreement
Invoices and payout statements include a saved version of their terms. Recipients must review the amounts and acknowledge those terms in their account. Fees or schedule changes need agreement; issued documents are not silently rewritten.
06 / Fees, cancellation and reconciliation
An hourly rate or budget shown in a profile is not a payment authorisation. Applicable tuition and service charges, payment arrangements and cancellation terms must be confirmed before lessons start. Billing continues monthly until admin records termination. Notify support promptly about cancellations, postponed lessons or errors; any refund or credit depends on reviewed circumstances and agreed terms, not an automatic penalty or forfeiture. Termination stops future periods, but existing invoices and paid periods must be reconciled. A lesson must not be billed twice or treated as delivered solely because it was scheduled. This website does not collect payments or automatically schedule lessons.
07 / Learning tools and equipment
We arrange the online learning tools required for agreed lessons. The tools depend on the lesson activities. You provide a suitable laptop, webcam, microphone and reliable internet. All equipment provided on loan remains our property and must be returned when tuition or the relevant service ends. Delivery, return collection and responsibilities for the loan will be agreed before equipment is issued.
08 / Problems and learning outcomes
Contact us promptly about a suspected fraudulent submission, unsuitable match, technical problem or dispute. Review and matching records help us investigate. Individual learning outcomes vary; grades and equivalent results to face-to-face tuition are not guaranteed.
